Welcome to Echo Lounge! By accessing or using our venue, booking services, or participating in any events hosted at Echo Lounge, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 
1. Eligibility
Echo Lounge is a nightlife venue open to individuals 18+ for general entry. Some events or bookings may require all guests to be 21+, particularly those involving alcohol service. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry and age verification.

 
2. Venue Hours & Operations
Our standard hours of operation are:
🕙 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Wednesday through Sunday (subject to change based on event schedule).

We reserve the right to adjust opening hours or close for private events. Please refer to our Schedule page or social media for the most up-to-date information.

3. Private Event Rentals
Current rental packages:

2 hours: $250 rental + $250 matching deposit.
4 hours: $500 rental + $500 matching deposit.
6 hours: $800 rental + $800 matching deposit.
Send an inquiry about your preferred date and package. An inquiry does not automatically reserve the venue or confirm a booking. Contact Echo Lounge to confirm availability and the details of your event.

4. Deposits, Payments and Cancellations
Before agreeing to a booking or making a payment, contact Echo Lounge to confirm how the matching deposit is handled, whether it is refundable or applied toward the rental, payment timing and methods, and cancellation or rescheduling terms. The package amounts above do not state those policies or a combined amount due.

5. Amenities & Add-Ons
Echo Lounge offers optional amenities including:

🎧 DJ services
💨 Hookah rental
🍹 Drink packages (21+ only)
📸 Event photography
🎈 Custom decor & theme setup

Hookah and drink services are subject to local laws and staff availability.
 
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. By entering Echo Lounge, you agree to:

Respect all staff and fellow patrons
Avoid aggressive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior
Follow all posted venue rules and event-specific guidelines
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal and potential banning from future events.

 
7. Liability Waiver
By attending Echo Lounge or booking our venue, you acknowledge and accept that:

Participation in skating, dancing, or other physical activities is at your own risk
Echo Lounge is not liable for injuries, lost/stolen items, or damage caused by negligence or misuse of amenities
You assume full responsibility for yourself and your guests during any private booking or event
 
8. Photography & Media
Echo Lounge reserves the right to capture photos and videos during public events for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any footage, please inform a staff member at the event.

Private event hosts may also arrange for photo/video services. Please ask about our available packages.

 
9. Policy Changes
We may update our Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the venue or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
